AfricaLink’s inception is rooted in a unique and personal journey. Over three decades ago, our Director relocated to South Africa, where they built a successful business and led a diverse, high-performing team.

During a temporary move to Serbia, an unexpected development occurred: many loyal team members expressed a strong desire to continue working under the Director’s leadership, even from abroad. At the same time, the Director observed a clear gap in the Serbian service market and recognized an opportunity to create meaningful career pathways for South Africans in Eastern Europe.

This vision of connecting talent across continents and fostering cross-cultural professional growth became the foundation for AfricaLink.
